About This Event
Participants will identify approaches for collecting and using data to evaluate AI implementation efforts and support continuous improvement within educator preparation programs.
AI implementation is an ongoing process that requires reflection, monitoring, and adaptation. This session examines how educator preparation programs can use data to evaluate AI initiatives, understand impact, and inform continuous improvement efforts. Participants will explore strategies for gathering meaningful evidence, monitoring outcomes, and using data to guide responsible decision-making over time.

Dr. Heather Michel is the director of The Residency Lab and has coordinated teacher residency programs for the last five years at various levels of implementation.
