The Residency Lab is proud to collaborate with partners across the United States to diversify and strengthen the educator workforce. Through a statewide team in California and national partnerships with educator preparation programs, education agencies, nonprofits, and other organizations, we work to develop sustainable educator pipelines that expand opportunity and improve outcomes for schools and communities.
The Statewide Residency Technical Assistance Center supports school communities, districts, and partners with technical assistance for redesign, continuous improvement, and educator preparation work.
